Who We Are
I’m Lindsay, a Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying) and Certified Addiction Counsellor with over a decade of experience in addictions and mental health. My own journey through family trauma, sports pressure, and anxiety shaped my belief that everyone deserves to live their fullest life. Today, I help individuals and families move from surviving to thriving — with compassion, respect, and real strategies for change.
